When I look back at my life, being a devoted mother has not kept me from diving headfirst into many endeavors. Founding Luisant 6, Hello Gorgeous, & leading Operations/Marketing for Hypercel Corp. were stepping stones for taking on my new role at The House.
I have been doing Pilates for over 12 years, after covid having no studio that matched what we needed, my partner and I decided to create a new space where we could collaborate and birth a Studio that was not just Pilates, but an inclusive community and immersive lifestyle.
My commitment is to continuously design, create and source the most innovative and beautiful pieces and lifestyle products that are not only useful and cutting edge, but Eco-friendly and sustainable for your active and restorative lifestyle. Personally taking care of our incredible clients and team of Instructors is my number one priority.

Always on the hunt to continue learning and truly experience life, I have worked in various fields extending from fashion to fitness. My fashion past started when I was young. I became a celebrity stylist assistant for the red carpet/ magazine covers from 14 - 20years old. While in college and styling around the globe I started my own fashion line (at the age of 19) and was head of graphic design for multiple designers. Soon after I became head product development for a startup sustainable couture fashion line.
If you can’t tell already.. I LOVE working when it’s my passion. By the age of 20, I took my first Pilates class and realized how mentally and physically beneficial it was. I would walk into class stressed, sometimes watery eyes from crying and yet I would leave class smiling?!! And happy?! Out of amazement and also curiosity, I listened to my gut when I woke up one morning and decided to leave the fashion industry to get my reformer Pilates certification. Now 12 years 8 months later I have over 20 wellness certifications, written 2 self-help books, been asked to speak about Laws of Attraction/positivity for large corporations.
In my spare time I write Pilates manuals, lead teacher trainings and I love hosting wellness/fitness retreats throughout California. My belief “If you want it bad enough, you will work hard and make it happen. Excuses don't count. Never turn down an opportunity. You never know where it will lead. Heck if it doesn't work out.. Who cares it wasn't meant to be. At least you tried and I'm proud of you!”
Hi, I’m Kirstie. I’ve been a professional dancer for 25 years and a certified Pilates instructor & coach for 7 years. Through the wear and tear of dance, and before my Pilates career, I endured a plethora of injuries, leaving me unable to continue my passion for movement.
I was seeking a way to prevent and manage injuries to return dance and perform at a high level. After finding Pilates, my passion grew for the modality and was certified in Pilates to help coach others. I train clients to tone, prevent and manage pain/injuries, gain flexibility, improve athletic performance, and feel amazing in everyday life, with Pilates.
In 2020, I created an online program to teach this methodology, called PWRHOUSE. I believe a pillar of healthy movement is functional range and mobility, and Pilates is an efficient and effective way to achieve that.
Hi! I’m Cynthia and I started on my Pilates journey 20 years ago in London. I was originally looking to relieve severe lower back pain due to an injury I received as an equestrian trainer and coach.
I found Pilates to be the cure along with the entire connection of body, mind, and spirit.
I have been teaching now for 4 years and what makes me adore my profession the most is watching my clients discover and fall in love with the practice also!
Hi there! I’m Kelsi Taylor. So happy to be a part of HOC! Growing up I never thought I would even enjoy working out, let alone become an instructor. However, 7 years ago I stumbled upon a pilates class and fell IN LOVE. One year later, I got comprehensively certified through Pilates Sports Center and am thriving as an instructor.
After years of teaching at top LA studios, I feel as though I have really grown in my craft. I continue to strive to learn more while showing people the gift of movement! My classes have a base in traditional pilates yet are spiced up with modern flows that will leave you strong + ready to tackle your day.
PILATES!! How grateful I am to have found this beautiful movement. It has changed my life. Growing up I had been a life long runner. Finding Pilates was the key I needed to balance my body and mind. I now have been teaching for nearly 20 years. I strive to make my classes challenging, creative and fun!
I went through training and certification at PSC Pilates sports center in Los Angeles, CA. I began my career in pilates based physical therapy. Helping people heal from sports injuries, accidents, surgeries, and other ailments was very rewarding. I then went on to work at various studios over the years.

Hi! I’m Julia. Even though I’m new to the studio I’m not new to Pilates. I’ve been teaching for seven years. I fell in love with Pilates after seeing my personal transformation psychically and mentally. I loved seeing my own personal growth with Pilates. I gained endurance, strength, and self discipline.
If I’m not home, I’m traveling/hiking the tallest mountains and adventuring all over.
I love challenges and I love challenging my clients to reach their greatest potential. My biggest reward is helping my clients feel better, look better, and achieve their goals.
Raised in Korea, I often visited my grandmother, a Buddhist monk, at her temple. There, I learned how to build both mental and physical strength.
When I was 15, my family moved to Los Angeles. I quickly took up yoga as my primary fitness practice and have continued it ever since.
A few years ago, I discovered Pilates. This led me to intensive study and certification as a Pilates instructor.
I like to incorporate the wisdom of yoga in my Pilates classes to produce long-lasting health benefits. I personalize my workouts to tailor to the individual needs of each client and train them to develop the strength, mobility, and flexibility they need to manage their busy lives regardless of age, gender or physical limitations.
