CORE CREDITS

What is a CORE CREDITS auto-pay membership?

CORE CREDITS auto-pay memberships are monthly auto-pay memberships which you can buy 45 credits, 75 credits or 95 credits. You use these credits to book HOC Pilates classes. 

Please note the number of credits needed to book an HOC Pilates class can vary. You’ll typically use between 8 credits to 10 credits per HOC Pilates class though it ranges from 8 credits to 13 credits per HOC Pilates class.

You’ll need to have enough credits in your account to book an HOC Pilates class. Any unused credits in your CORE CREDITS auto-pay membership will roll over to the next month only. 

Your CORE CREDITS auto-pay membership will automatically renew on the same day each month. Your monthly cycle date is determined by your first purchase date of your CORE CREDITS auto-pay membership. When your cycle automatically renews for the next month, you’ll automatically receive your new allotment of credits per the CORE CREDITS auto-pay membership you have. If you’ve used up your credits before your cycle date, you can buy CORE PLUS credits. 

Your CORE CREDITS auto-pay membership does not change if you buy CORE PLUS credits or an HOC plan or class.

You're able to cancel your CORE CREDITS auto-pay membership or upgrade to a higher CORE CREDITS auto-pay membership at any time. If you choose a lower CORE CREDITS auto-pay membership, it will be applied to your upcoming cycle. You can change your CORE CREDITS  auto-pay membership in your Account settings.

Please note CORE CREDITS auto-pay memberships and CORE PLUS credits can only be used for HOC Pilates classes. They cannot be used for private training listed under Appointments and/or HEALING HOUSE. If we add a class that is not currently listed on our HOC Pilates class schedule, we’ll announce in Announcements on our app if CORE CREDITS auto-pay memberships and CORE PLUS credits can be used for that class.

CORE CREDITS auto-pay memberships have no cash value or any other value outside of HOC and are not redeemable for cash. CORE CREDITS auto-pay memberships and CORE PLUS credits do not operate or serve as stored value in any way. You may not transfer, trade, gift and/or otherwise exchange CORE CREDITS auto-pay memberships and CORE PLUS credits. We have gift cards you can purchase, but CORE CREDITS auto-pay memberships and CORE PLUS credits cannot be transferred, traded, gifted, and/or otherwise exchanged. HOC gift cards and CORE CREDITS auto-pay memberships and CORE PLUS credits are not the same thing. Unlike CORE CREDITS auto-pay memberships and CORE PLUS credits, HOC gift cards never expire. 

By initiating a CORE CREDITS auto-pay membership, you authorize HOC to charge you for your CORE CREDITS auto-pay membership, including the reoccurring monthly auto-pay membership fee at the then current rates, which are subject to change.
