MEMBERSHIPS & PACKAGES

24 hour cancellation policy for all Private and Duet Sessions. Please note there will be a charge of $25 if your scheduled session is canceled within 24 hours and/or for any no show.

12 hour cancellation policy for all Group Classes. Please note there will be a charge of $20 for any cancellation within 12 hours of a booked Group Class and a charge of $25 for any no show.

Grip socks are required for all Group Classes, Private and Duet Sessions. If you arrive without grip socks, you may purchase a pair at our studio.

Memberships, Packages, Private and Duet Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

If you are waitlisted for any Group Class, please plan to attend the Group Class. If you are admitted into the Group Class, please understand you are subject to the 12 hour cancellation policy.

Non-Membership Class Packages have expiration dates. Please note these dates cannot be extended.

If you have never attended a Pilates Group Class, you are required to take at least one Private or Duet Pilates Session before attending a Group Class. Please contact Dru at paula@houseofcore.com if you would like to schedule a Private or Duet Session.

We provide parking validations for one hour if you park in the VA Parking Lot across the street to attend a Group Class, Private or Duet Session.

You are able to freeze your Group Class Monthly Auto-Pay Membership for up to 3 months. If you freeze your Membership, it shall only be done at the beginning of a month. The freeze option is not available on Non-Membership Class Packages. Our freeze policy does not apply to Private or Duet Sessions as there is no expiration date and they are not required to be taken on a monthly basis.

Please notify your instructor of any medical considerations including but not limited to: any past or present injuries, pregnancy and/or anything that may require any modification so a modification can be provided to you.

If you are not feeling well and/or are experiencing any symptoms, please do not come to the studio. Please refer to our cancellation policies.

Please understand Instructors and Group Classes may change. Please check our Group Class schedule for any updates.

Please keep your belongings in our seating area at the front of the studio. Please do not use your cell phone in the studio when any Group Class, Private or Duet Session is in session.

Please note Auto-Pay Membership Group Classes do not rollover.
